The Property Search provides a digital platform for real estate listings, real estate consulting, and connection services between buyers, sellers, and property developers in Chennai, India. We do not guarantee the completion of any real estate transaction, nor do we act as the direct legal seller of third-party properties listed on the Site unless explicitly stated.

3. Accuracy of Property Information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding properties, prices, floor plans, and amenities:

• All information is subject to change without prior notice.
• Renderings, photos, and floor plans are for representation purposes only and may differ from the actual finalized construction.
• Users are strongly advised to independently verify all property details, legal documents, RERA compliance, and clearances before making any financial commitments.

4. User Conduct and Forms

By submitting your contact information (name, phone number, email) via our inquiry forms, you authorize The Property Search and its authorized representatives to contact you via phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and emails regarding property inquiries, regardless of your registration on the Do Not Call (DNC) or National Do Not Call (NDNC) registry.

The Site and its original content, features, functionalities, logos, and design elements are owned by The Property Search and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
